Art Rocks Menotomy

Art Rocks Menotomy was the first outdoor public art exhibit at an Arlington park. Curated by Adria Arch, chair of Arlington Public Art, and in cooperation with Arlington Recreation and the Parks Commission, the exhibit sought to show that a temporary installation of public art could take place and be greeted with much support by the community. Ten artists were selected for their proposals of sculpture and installation that responded to nature. The exhibit was on view during May of 2014. Art Rocks Menotomy was the recipient of a grant from the Arlington Cultural Council.
