Jazz--America’s Music: Family Show and Instrument Petting Zoo

Presented by Robbins Library at Robbins Library, Arlington

April 27, 2019

This event is part of the 8th Annual Arlington Jazz Festival and will be presented by faculty from Morningside Music Studio. The interactive performance will teach the history of jazz music by demonstrating styles including traditional jazz, swing, bebop, Latin jazz and jazz fusion. Following the performance, an instrument Petting Zoo will give kids a chance to try out the instruments.   For all ages, free tickets will be available at the Children's Desk 30 minutes before the program begins.
