Almost 100 Arlington secondary students submitted designs in the 2019 Youth Banner Project and twenty of these were chosen to become large vinyl banners. These banners will be hung outdoors along Mass Ave. in Arlington Center in April and May, 2019. The theme this year for the banner design Arlington Public Art competition was “Trees”. The reception for all of the artists will be March 21, 5:00-7:00 pm in the Media Center at Arlington high School. The family of Gracie James generously donated funding for this project.
